One for each country you lived

Read the instrcutions for police certificate carefully. You need one from China, and ONLY one for US. Go to your local police station to get fingerprints on the card, and send it to FBI as instructed. Bring that instrcution to the police station. You also need to write a short letter adressed to FBI what do you want to do. The FBI will send the results back in two weeks normally.
