sorry, I did wrong typing just now, filed 485/140 date should be in year of 2003.

“Concurrently filed I-140 and I-485 in Sept.9,2004(2003)

RD: Sept.16,2003” 這個日期是both for 140+485的日期.

是會有兩個receipts給我和我太太 because of you are fdifferent case number.
