I have one more question, I am Canadian citizen now and would like to get my previous J1 waivered so that I could get an US green card without any worry in the future. Please advice if I need to get a job offer from an US company and ask the company to provide a sponsorship for H1b or I could apply for the waiver without an US job offer?
