You can keep looking at the consulant website, sometimes there are a few slots open for most recent days because of some cancelations, so you can get latest days for your interview.
Also you need to get your materials prepared(H1-B application package, your previous I-20, the employer letter, salary stab etc), if you didn't bring them with you, better let your family/friend mail them to you. I believe because you don't have your valid I-94, this is even more important for your interview.
