I think the first one is

the photocopies of your original (not certified)(household) residence registration document (戶口）,probably your Identity Cards can be used as the same supporting document. The second is the photocopy of the marriage certification document (結婚證）. You need to attach their certified English translation. Also make sure that the name and age etc are the same as those (the entry) of the marriage certificate.
