H-1B1 transfer problems. Thank

I need to transfer my H-1B from company A (accountant) to Company B (Business Manager). Questions:

1. If the job title changed from Accountant to Business Manager although the responsibilities are almost same. Will it be a problem? If so, if I have to change my future job title?
2. I want to deal with the paper work myself. How many pay stub I need to submit to USCIS?
3. Effective 12/8, the company need to pay either $1500 or $750. The check must be paid by company or the personal check also is OK?
4. On application from, all the address should be the company address, right?
5. I can work as long as I submit it or have to wait till the receipt?
6. Are the application material same as new one? Plus current H-1B approval notice, pay stubs, anything else?
