I live in Northern Virginia. The urgent thing is to file your 140/485/EAD before 01/01/2005. Others are not problems. You can change employer after your 485 pending more than 6 months upon AC21, and back to your home since nurse job is easy to find anywhere. I may contact you later if you have further questions.
