DS160 work/education/training裏這幾個問題上次都選了No，現在續簽要保持和上次一致。前兩個問題可能和485 part 9 #62工作技能有重疊。professional organization和skills 的範圍很寬。如果485的表裏列了任何技能或會員，這兩個問題就需要選yes嗎？
