我才拿了綠卡3年，因為年齡比較大，

在國內搞daiyun 有了一個小孩，

小孩出生紙上有我的名字，加上做dna親子鑒定上了戶口，不過我是集體戶口，

小孩的戶口卡上沒有我的名字

準備5年到了馬上入籍 就能給小孩辦綠卡，

-As a green card holder, you can file I-130 now to sponsor your child's immigrant visa application, not have to be a US citizen. If you become a US citizen during the child's immigrant visa application process, you can inform USCIS or NVC to change your I-130 from F2A to the immidiate relative of a US citizen. Thus, your child will get the immigrant visa quickly.

這個需要買個便宜的房子，搞個獨立戶口，這樣戶口本上有我和小孩的關係嗎？

When you file your I-130 for your child's immigrant visa applicaiton, you need to provide the child's birth certificate, the DNA test result, surrogacy agreement or court order to prove your rights as the parent, such as a surrogacy contract with the fertility hospital, the doctor, or the surrogate mother.

You may also provide some recent group photos (合照) of you and your child for your I-130 filing.

Immigration for the child born through surrogacy is somewhat complicate, so you had better consult or hire an immigration lawyer to help you.
