citizenship 麵試時收到 notice of continuance, 要求提供evidence of repayment with state government for state tax purpose.  現在已經補齊了州稅, 也發了email request to states to get the tax clearance document, 由於距離需要提交的時間很緊， 擔心來不及。 不知道如果沒有及時提交會怎麽樣， 或者如果提供payment receipt 是不是可以。 多謝

-Yes, the payment receipt can be used as the evidence of repayment with state government for state tax. In addtion to the payment receipt, you may also provide the credit card or bank statement together that clearly shows the payment was successfully withdrawn from your account. If you paid online, you may provide a confirmation email provided by the state's payment system.
