去年夏天幫父母寄出的130 485 concurrent 申請，一直以為在家附近的Processing Center，

-They will forward the I-485 to the USCIS Field office near you for the interview and approval at the end of the process.

今天早上打電話才知道去年一個月收到後就被USCIS送到National Processing Center去了，現在130要三年多才能辦好？！問題是老人現在已經有EAD工卡和SSN，但是485和AP都和130一樣pending，請問有沒有加速的辦法？

-It normally takes about 3 years more for I-130 processisng and about one year for I-131 application for advance parole processing at the Nationla Benefits center. You may request expedite processing for the I-131 application if you have reasonable excuses with strong evidences, but probably you have to be patient for the I-130.

除了用USCIS網上說的原因expedite和找議員，還有沒有什麽辦法？
