尊敬的8 老師, 

從May 4, 2022 起，USCIS Increases Automatic Extension Period (540 days) of Work Permits for Certain Applicants who file a Form I-765 renewal.我對自己的 EAD “timely filed to renew” 不太肯定。

我的情況是：CO9, EAD 03/23/2023 到期, 到期之前我“filed to renew”. 但因有一個所附文件不對，USCIS告知我重新遞交。USCIS 在我的 EAD 到期之後才收到我重新遞交的文件。

請問， 我是做到“EAD timely filed to renew”嗎？  這種情況是否會影

 

響我的雇用？

-Check your EAD Receipt Date on the Receipt Notice. It the Receipt date is earlier than your old EAD expiration date, you are qualified for the auto extension.
