研究生畢業七月份剛參加工作 在辦理婚姻綠卡和申請回美證 年底不一定辦下來 

-Did his spouse file I-130 and he file I-485 yet? If yes and he has no advance parole, he cannot travel abroad unless he is in H-1 status, not F1 (OPT) status.
