這是指如果在美國攢滿40點Social security，再辦親屬移民不用交864擔保表，隻要證明有40個SSA credits？

-Yes,  the sponsor does not need to file I-864 in this case, but you (the beneficiary) should file the Form I-864W to claim exemption from the Affidavit of Support requirement.
