我媽的生母在她生父去世後改嫁。她現在的名字跟繼父(此人也已去世）姓。

現在的問題是，以前生活的地方可以給我媽開個證明，上麵有她生身父母的信息。但姓不符，這個有問題嗎？

我們要提供改名字的公證嗎？
