公司說PERM的最低學位要求是本科，所以140職業移民隻能做EB3.

請問8老師：

1. 公司的說法合理嗎？

-Yes. 

2. 這種情況能不能做EB2申請？

-No unless the position degree requirement changes. The EB2 position requires Master's degree or Bachelor's degree plus the working experience of 5 years.
