準備在父母綠卡申請中帶上131表，有幾個填表問題請教8老師：

1）Part 1：A#沒有所以不填對嗎？

-Correct, leave it blank.

2）按照最新表第二頁最後麵一行字：If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to Part 7。我查了一下DACA是指deferred action for childhood arrivals，那父母綠卡應該是屬於non-DACA。這樣的話Part 3- Part 6就都不用填了嗎？

-Correct.

感覺這一部分內容還挺重要的，當然主要是proposed travel以及卡寄到哪裏這兩個問題。

3）Part 8: signature of aplicant: 父母簽中文還是英文拚音？

-They had better sign their name using 拚音.

4）我的信息要填在Part 9對嗎？-Correct.

此外，我的父母十年簽證仍然在有效期內，如果綠卡申請遞交上去之後回國的話，再回美國就一定要用回美證而不是十年簽證對嗎？

-Yes. They cannot use the B2 visa anymore due to immigrant intent and also, use of the B2 visa will result in the I-485 void. They must get the approved advance parole in hand before they leave US.

考古之前的帖子說是如果用B2簽證再回來之前提交的綠卡申請自動作廢，是這樣嗎？
