再請教8老師--I130 place of admission

If you are LPR, it asks "Place of Admission". 

Some instruction says, if you AOS within US, then it is the USCIS office that approves (or interviews) your Green Card ?

We did not have interview and are unclear which office approves it ? The receipt Number also did not indicate the office, it starts with IOE. On the approval notice, it says:  National Benefit Center, USCIS service center, Lee's Summit, MO.

Will it be the place of admission ? Or will it be where the LPR lives (in the US) at the time the Green Card is approved ?
