再問8老師，我們收到130 Approval Notice了，可是隻是一張紙，並沒有寫是form 797。

-I-130 Approval Notice is the From I-797. Form I-797 is the general term as the USCIS response to the filing case, e.g. Receipt Notice, Approval Notice, etc.

信上寫的是：

Notice Type: Approval Notice
Section: Parent of U.S Citizen, 201(b) INA

把這個當form 797和485一起提交可以嗎？
