謝謝8老師。 已經在孩子的864上“current individual annual income" 填了”0“。 因為無收入， 未填稅表， 需要額外說明， 並提交 declaration of no income 嗎？

-Not need. But the child also need to fill the income (zero) for the lastest years in I-864 (2019, 2020, 2021) in Item 24a, 24b and 24c of Part 6.
