還有一個問題替朋友問。 他是孩子公民申請綠卡。 孩子是學生還沒畢業，所以用了Joint sponsor.  孩子沒收入， 未填稅表。 請問這種情況孩子要聲明無收入嗎？ 是在864 的additional information中說明一下， 還是需準備declaration of no income.  

-His child needs to file the I-864 no matter whether the child has income or not (fill zero income in related items of the I-864). The joint sponsor also needs to file another separate I-864.
