我們是公民父母移民同時遞交I-130，485，131等。 請問如何準備I-693？

-Download the I-693 and fill the basic information on it such as name, birthday, address, etc. Then, find a doctor who will conduct the physical exam and give the doctor the I-693 and the doctor will complete it with the physical exam results. Then, the doctor will sign the I-693 and will seal it in an envelop. You just need to provide this sealed envelop to USCIS (Don't open it!).
