請問8老師，公民為父母綠卡申請，同時遞交130, 864，485, 765等. 請問所有表格是一起寄到Chicago Lockbox 嗎？我們在加州。還是網上提交？

-You cannot file the applications online because you want to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently. Send all the documents for your father in one package and those for your mother in another package to:
