It is very simple procedure and you may just do it by yourself following the I-130 Instructions. You only need to file one I-130 Form by this time for your brother (list his wife and kids in the I-130 as his family members). Then, his wife and kids can apply for the immigrant visa together with him as his derivatives in the future.
