找律師谘詢的時候律師看了他們去年的tax return說他們net current asset 和gross annual income完全沒問題

-Hard to say. If the sponsor is a high tech company, you have more chance. It deserves a try, anyway. You had better ask the employer to sponsor your H-1 status.
通過律師申請這樣一個案子時應該注意哪些地方？
-1. The lawyer/company needs to convince USCIS that the company is unable to find a qualified US citizen or green card holder for the position/job. 2. The company needs to prove that he has the ability to pay you the prevailing wage for the position.
