父母移民 DS260已交， 現準備upload civil documents.  本人離婚單身(130表裏也是離異單身）， 所以PETITIONER'S MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE 不需要上傳任何東西嗎？需要另外上傳divorce decree嗎？

-Not need to provide your marriage certificate and divorce certificate in your case because your parents' green card applications are irrelevant to your marriage status. But your parents need to provide their marriage certificate.
