請教：現在綠卡renew要一兩年，期間可以申請回美證嗎？

-Yes.

要離美一段時間，手上有receipt。但是綠卡快過期一年了，打算去蓋I551章。

 

如果能辦回美證，和之前的程序、材料有不同？謝謝

-Same. Provide the copy of the expired green card, the I-90 Receipt Notice and the copy of the I-551 stamp on your passport.
