收到移民局的通知（Form I-797C, Notice of Action) 於11/03/2021 如下， 到現在沒有收到 NVC 的進一步通知。 當時由於我TN的身份選擇了CP, 但現在我已經拿到H1B，可以在境內轉換身份了。我的優先日期在08/2020。現在是否需要按照下麵的instruction, to follow up with the NVC for the further instuction.

-No. When you receive the NVC instruction in the future, just reply to them that you will file I-485 adjustment of status within US and ask them to stop processing your case there.

當然這個其實是沒有用的因為我要在境內轉換身份。還是等到臨近我的優先日期時，把我的申請直接轉為境內處理就可以了？

-Yes. Just file I-485 as usual.
