填寫485，我入境美國是9月6日，入境章也是9月6日，但I-94表格上麵是9月5日，我應該填幾號入境呢？

-You had better contact the closest CBP Defeered Inspection Site at this link: Deferred Inspection Sites | U.S. Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov)

or call CBP at 1-877-CBP-5511 (1-877-227-5511) to fix the I-94 error before you file I-485. You may be required to visit the office with documentation (passport and visa) and your incorrect I-94 record.

 

另外中間名全部填N/A嗎？

-Leave it blank in case the system thinks your mid-name is N/A.
