-Yes. Contact the US Consulate to reschedule the appointment for the child.

孩子是不是也可以與大人分開登陸美國吧？（大人是主申請人，大人先登陸，過一段時間孩子自己登陸）

-Yes. Provide the copy of the endorsed immigrant visa stamp of the prarent when the child enters US with the immigrant visa.

Note: when the person enters US using the immigrant visa, the IO at the port of entry will put a stamp with a note in the immigrant visa page, this is called immigrant bisa endorsement (i.e., it is equal to the proof of green card-temporary).
