我朋友已經排到廣州領事館移民麵簽了，但是目前孩子在美國上學沒法回國。這種情況可不可以我朋友主申請人先麵簽，孩子延期簽證呀？

Another choice is thta, the child can file I-485 within US to get the green card after the parent (prinary beneficiary) enters US using the immigrant visa. Thus, he/she does not need to go to China to get the immigrant visa.
