想給父母延期，但看到I-539 處理時間很長，1～2年，這樣延期期限都到了還沒批下來如何處理 ？

-Leave US before it is approved or denied if its pending too long. Also send a letter to USCIS to request withdraw the pending I-539. Thus, their current B2 visa stamp validity will not be affected.

還有,如果最終批準日期超過了延期截至日期，那是不是從延期截至到I-539批準之間都成了非法滯留？
