1。媽媽10年前來過美國至少4，5次，現在簽證過期了， 請問我們要美國這邊重新申請嗎？

-Is your mom in China nwo? If yes, she needs to apply for the B2 visa again. You need to send her the invitation letter as you did before.

我媽還要去大使館麵簽嗎？ 

-Yes, do the same way as she did for the previous B2 visa application.

2.   我想幫媽辦移民，她來美國後再轉身份，需要哪些準備哪些文件 

-Your birth certificate, her birth certificate, her marriage certificate, your father's death certificate (if applicable) or her divorce certificate (if applicable)
