-Not enough. You still need the new employer to issue you a support letter address that the employer are willing to sponsor you TN status if you want to get the TN at the border of US-Canada/Mexoco border. Alternatively, the new employer can file I-129 with US for your TN tansfer, but this takes time to get it approved.
