我母親下月要去廣州綠卡麵試，按照他們的程序，準備麵試的第一步是要在online注冊。我父母因為國內不會用電腦，我在美國注冊發現注冊不了，不知道您有沒有遇到這樣的情況，麻煩給一個建議。

-I don't have the idea. People did it in US before. I don't know what happen in this days. You may ask someone who knows how to use the computer in China to help you.

另外，我母親曾經在美國呆過幾年，是否需要在美國也辦一個police certificate- You had better prepare it just in case.

還有，NVC 接受的是一個早幾年的無犯罪公證，但他們的指導程序說要至少二年新的無犯罪公證，這種情況我們需要重新辦一個新的公證嗎？

他們網頁上的指導程序沒有說情楚要不要帶petitioner tax documents, 能不能也給一個建議？
