還有，NVC 接受的是一個早幾年的無犯罪公證，但他們的指導程序說要至少二年新的無犯罪公證，這種情況我們需要重新辦一個新的公證嗎？

他們網頁上的指導程序沒有說情楚要不要帶petitioner tax documents, 能不能也給一個建議？
