我父母6月分在廣州獲得移民簽證，之後交了移民費用。但是一直沒有收到任何入境的時候用的package。問領館一直沒有回應。現在應該怎麽辦呢？謝謝！

-Check the visa stamp on the passport to see whether there is  "See CCD" or "IV Docs in CCD”on the visa stamp. If yes, there is not the package needed because the US Consulate has put the data of the package into the system and thus, the IO at the port of entry can find it from the system when you parents enter US.
