想請教一下8老師，結婚綠卡的話，是不是從拿到有條件綠卡開始等三年就可以申請公民了呢？

-Yes, you can file N-400 when you got the conditional green card for 3 years. But your N-400 will not be approved until your I-751 is aprpoved (i.e. you get the permanent green card).

還是拿到正式十年綠卡之後等三年？

還有就是我在申請公民的時候如何為我的父母申請綠卡呢？

-When you get the US citizenship, you can file I-130 for your parents. If your parents are present in US, they can file I-485 concurrentlt with your I-130. Otherwise, they can apply for the immigrant visa in China, then enter US using the immigrant visa to become green card holders.
