非常感謝8老師。我的公證件裏有中文和英文的，您說的那個certify 可以在美國做嗎？因為如果隻是certify translation而 且原件在我這裏。

-I don't know how your current 出生公證件 look like. Was it issued from the hospital you were born? If yes, you may make a copy and notarized by a public notary (e.g. in the bank), and ask your friend to tranlate it to English within US as I suggested in my previous repsonse.

 

You may consult an immigration lawyer who is native from China and ask him/her to do it for you.
