謝謝8老師，我在國外呆了很久，在國內沒有什麽證件，沒有辦法重新公證出生公證，這可怎麽辦? 可不可以把我二頁的出生公證在美國公證一下?

-If you don't have a choice, you may provide the copy of  your old/current 出生公證 and then, ask your friend to certify that the translation of the birth certificate is precise and accurate to the original document and also write a statement that he/she knows both English and Chinese very well.
