他現在已經離婚了. Same as the kid, do we wait for NVC to contact then ask NVC to remove his wife's info since he's divorced now? Thanks.

-Do nothing for her. She has nothing to do with the immigration case after she divorced. But if your brother gets married again before that time, he can request NVC to add his new wife into the list.
