我在2013年申請我弟弟的時候, 他老婆的資料也填在I-130上. 那時候他還沒有小孩.

他現在已經離婚了. 我知道他的排期還沒到. 想問一下可以現在更新他的婚姻和小孩的資料嗎?

-No. When the priority date is current in the futrue, NVC will contact you. Then, you can ask NVC ( by call and email) to add the kid to the list and ask NVC to send the invorce to the kid to pay the fee.
