剛給父母辦了結婚證公證（申請綠卡用），但是申請人上是母親（用母親的那一份結婚證辦的）。父親的名字隻出現在英文翻譯的“marriage certificate”上。請問這樣的公證能用來給父親申請綠卡嗎？

-Yes, it is fine. But I am curious that the marriage certificate (Chinese version) should contain both your mother's and father's names in the description part even if your mother holds it, right?
