我的婆婆旅遊簽證2020年一月底來美國，當時停留時間給了半年到07/29/2020. 但是因為疫情在過期前申請了I539延期，但是09/04/2020就離開美國了，到現在這個case都顯示還是fingerprint fee was received。我是不是需要去申請withdraw I539呢？謝謝

-You don't need to do anything. The case will be denied, but it does not affect your mother in law anything. Just keep the I-539 receipt notice and the departure proof such as the airplane boarding card, the entry stamp on the passport issued by the Chinese Customs officer.
