Thanks very much. My appointment time is 10:30am. In NYC local center, no people can enter the building 30 minutes before schedualed time. I guess at maximum I need to wait in the building for another 2 hours before I can meet with the officer. Thanks again. Please let me know if you think my guess is wrong.
