我是綠卡，現在人在中國。離開美國前申請了回美證，5月到期。我明白，我需要在到期前返美。我可以回到美國吼，馬上再次申請新的回美證嗎？

-It is better to do it before you leave. You may request expedited processing for biometrics which takes about 10 to 14 days. See:
