我因為h1b沒有抽到現在要搬到加拿大了（同一家公司），因為綠卡的priority date是2019年2月。我看現在的EB-3審批日是2018年2月。我想知道如果我五月份搬到加拿大之後如果在這段期間內綠卡排期到了2019年2月但是我人還在加拿大，假如說，我要在我排期到了之後幾個月之後才能重新拿到美國的offer返回美國，這樣還能申請綠卡嗎？
-Depends on whether you still work for the same company in US. If you still work for the same company (the I-140 sponsor), you can return to US to file I-485 or ask the company to file I-824 to forward the I-140 to NVC for you to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada if you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada; or apply for the immigrant visa in China.
就是如果排期到了但是我要是再等幾個月再返回美國，已經提交的材料是不是會失效？
-What 材料 do you mean? You need to file I-485 within one year from the date your priority date is current.
