因疫情原因，本人於2020年7月遞交了1-131返美證申請，並於2020年9月底返回北京，目前未收到返美證，請問是否需要半年之內再次入境、還是需要在離開美國一年之內入境。謝謝
-The problem is that whether your reentery permit will be approved bfore your stay in China reaches one-year limit. If it is appoved before your stay in China for one year, then you can contine to stay in China for up to less than two years from the date the reentry permit is approved. But if it is approved after your stay in China for one year, then you will have trouble.
You can return to US before September 2021 if the reentry permit is not approved at that time.
