從中囯來美國讀高中的小留學生，F1簽證今年七月過期，護照還有三年有效期。
因為疫情和大使館是否正常運行，擔心如果夏天回國可能拿不到新簽證。如果不回中國，留在美國讀剩下的兩年高中，合法嗎？

學校會發I-20，需要什麽手續才能在美國合法地繼續上完高中？
-Continue to study in the school as a full-time student. Talk to the school to extend the I-20 if it will expire soon. Bty the way, the child only can study in a public high school for one year. So, if he/she has studyed in a public school for one year, he/she has to transfer to a private high school (do F-1 transfer).
