借人氣幫朋友問個移民問題：哥哥幫弟弟申請親屬移民，排期已經到了，但在申請485的時候，哥哥又不同意提供經濟擔保，所以I-485不能file。在這種情況下，弟弟能不能請另外的人擔保？
