我朋友今年B-2五月份到期，四月份提交網上I-539申請延期三個月。三個月後沒有收到approval，8月份又提交一份延期申請，一直到11月初兩個申請一起合並打了一個指模。12月初才剛收到第一份申請的批準，approval延至11月底。八月份的申請延期還沒有批， 不知道現在算不算非法滯留？

有沒有一個大體的期限？Had better leave US during the case is still pending (the sooner the better), not later than May 2021. Keep all the first case approval notice and the second case recipt notice.

如果八月份的被批準，最理想的可能會給延至半年嗎?-Possible.
